HD crashed & old data moved to new HD.  Techs at Circuit City don't know
where the Outlook Contacts reside in the system so I can't find them to
import back to Outlook.

What version of Outlook and what OS? And btw, tell the "techs" that you do
NOT import contacts otherwise you run the risk of corrupted mail profiles
and all sorts of things. Once the file has been located, in Outlook do
File-Open-Outlook Data File, navigate to the location and COPY the contacts
into the new pst file.
