Using Microsoft 2003 > Using Microsoft 2003 There's no such thing as "Microsoft 2003". Do you mean Outlook 2003? Thank you for your reponse, but when I am in the Contacts window I do not see a deleted items folder I can open. And yes, I am a bit computer illiterate. Thanks for trying. Toni The Contacts view of the Navigation Pane will show you only Contacts folders. Switch to the Mail or Folder List view to see your Deleted Items folder. SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
