I have created a word document and I am trying to mail merge my outlook
contacts into it, which is all fine except for my unmarried contacts!  I want
the address box to have their full name inc initial "Mr A Smith & Mrs J
Bloggs" but I want the Dear.... to be "Mr Smith & Mrs Bloggs" with no
initials!! Do you know how I input their details in the full name field in
outlook contacts for this to work??

We have always requested that you do not multipost in these groups. Please
honor that request. If you do not, expect to be ignored.
