Adding contacts to outlook from another source

Can I create a contact list in my outlook, to then transfer to my bosses
outlook contacts on his computer?

Most likely, but that's as close as I can come, considering the dearth of
details you give.

The Outlook is 2003 - I think. I have a stack of business cards. He uses a
laptop and blackberry and is generally out of the office. I need to put all
the cards in outlook and then be able to transfer them to his other devices.

add them to your outlook. if you have permission to open his contacts and
create new ones in his folders, open his contacts from your profile and drag
and drop or copy and paste into his folder.
