Outlook 2007 certainly has an import from Windows mail function - can't speak for any other version... Sure you can. Windows Mail did not exist at the time of any earlier versions, and Outlook is not clairvoyant. Has nothing to do with Outlook. Are you asking how to copy a file from a floppy? Use Windows Explorer. Then remove the read only attribute from the file so Outlook can open it.
