Hi there,
Thanks for your answer. I finally called Rogers and got someone helpful,
who guided me to the Web site, and download of the Desktop Manager software.
My next challenge is trying to use the desktop manager software on a Mac Air
using Windows Parallel!

I will be looking forward to seeing how in the world to get the contacts to
link to the Blackberry. I have almost driven myself crazy trying to do the
same thing. I have the Blackberry Desktop software loaded and it syncs my
calendar at work but I want the contacts from my home computer and I cannot
seem to make that happen.

Outlook does not take part in the sync operation except to act as a data
repository. Your question belongs in a forum geared toward the Blackberry
Desktop software.
