I have been saving Outlook contacts individually into their client folder on
my work server.  When I go to open again the Anniversary is missing.  Is
there a option I need to select to keep all information?  Also, when I go
into the contact on the server and enter the anniversary date it won't allow
me to save it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

State your Outlook version. State what you mean by "I have been saving
Outlook contacts individually into their client folder on  my work server."
That means nothing to anyone but you.

I am using Outlook 2003.  I have a contact that I create in Outlook and File
Save As and file onto a different server as a vCard file.  When I go into the
client folder and vCard in the different server there is information missing.
Hopefully this is sufficient information.

Expected. vCards are not equivalent to a Contact Record. If you want to
retain all the information, you save a Contact Record in an Outlook data
store.
