I created a group contact list several months ago. Today I was updating email addresses one at a time. When I went back to open the group contact list it wasn't there. Not sure what you mean by "group list" since Outlook uses no such term. Assuming you meant a Distribution List that you inadvertently deleted, retrieve it from your Deleted Items folder.
