BCM in Office Pro 2003

I have a copy of Office 2003 Pro and installed it. I was
expecting to see BCM in it, But it is not. Help says it is
an add-in, but when I go to the add-ins area it not listed
as an available add-in. Then I read somewhere else; it
should be an option when installing Outlook, but I didn't
see that option in the install dialogs. Does anybody know
how I can get the BCM function that is with Office 2003
Pro installed?

i don't think it comes with all off 2003 pro copies. i don't know which yes,
which no, but it didn't come with mine.

It's in all the retail packages of Office 2003 Pro and Small Business.
