Hi,

Two days ago my BCM 2003 developed the above error - 3
days after insalling it.

Here is a summary of the error:

Application: BCM For Outlook 2003
OS: Windows XP Pro

Error generation:

1. I search for a contact in Oulook.
2. If contact is found in the Business Contacts section,
I get the error "Array index is out of bounds."
3. I click OK and the the contact opens, but it opens in
the standard Outlook contact form, not the BCM form.

Until today when I attempted to reinstall BCM, I was also
getting another error after clicking OK on the Array
index error. The error said something like this:

"Outlook cannot open the custom template. Outlook will
open the contact using the standard template."

The BCM data is still available and I can view it
through 'Business Tools -> Other -> Business History'

Can someone please help me to fix the Array index error
as I would like to resume the use of BCM... hopefully for
more than 3 days.

Thank you

Victor

Solved it. As advised in another message, I renamed, then
deleted the frmcache.dat file
