dear all I Got the following error message in ms outlook2000 whilw i am import/export the contact messge: An error occured while import/export and import/export was terminated.MAPI error 0x80040403 reported so please help me in this regard.. regards lakshman That error code means CdoE_TABLE_TOO_BIG. (See XCCC: MAPI Error Codes Encountered in Exchange 2000 Server at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;246076.) Try exporting to another format (I prefer Excel formats, myself). If it's truly too big you can split it into multiple Excel worksheets. It may also be finding something it can't read. Even so, exporting to Excel will let you get rid of any junk it can't work with.
