MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / December 2003Contacts not showing up
I had to reformat a hard drive and reload Windows XP Pro and Office XP Pro. I backed up the outlook.pst file before the reformat. I copied the file back and released the default outlook.pst that I set up when I reinstalled everything. The problem is, I can't see any of the contacts. The file was large; 26MB, so I really can't afford to lose all my data. HELP!! How did you back up the PST? How did you configure the new installation to use it?
