Can you explain Exchange server accounts to me?

Currently each individual on the peer-to-peer uses POP3
mail, should I leave that unchanged?

Also, part of my intent in switching to Office 2003 is
the ability to utilize the Calendering system in
Outlook...this is for a consulting firm of 5 consultants
who often need to collaborate so they need access to each
other's schedules.

Thanks so much!

What in particular are you asking about? Unless you have Exchange, you won't have access to each other's schedules. If you have Exchange, you can't use BCM.
