MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / December 2003Problem exporting Outlook 2000's address book
Hello! I'm trying to export my Outlook 2000 address book. I've followed the instructions of the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 268578 but I'm still having trouble. - Import and Export Menu Items Are Unavailable - Outlook is installed with the Internet Mail Only option - I clicked Start, Run, typed wab, on the Tools menu in the address book, clicked Options. Clicked Do not share contact information among Microsoft Outlook and other applications... and the problem is still there. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Bea Outlook has no Address Book, nor does it use the WAB. You'd need to export your Contacts Folder.
