Hi

We've migrated from e2k to e2k3 two days ago and some of our outlook 2000 users are experiencing problems with enabling their contact folders as an email address book (contact [property] > outlook address book > show this folder as an email address book).  The selection is gray out which user is not able to check it.  This problem only happens to some of our users, while the others could check/uncheck it with no problem

Another question is how to disable the the preview pane all on one shot rather than going into each folder and disable it

thanks in advance..
Luke

Just remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book Service to restore that
function.

Hi Russ,

Thanks very much for your suggestion.  It worked after I re-add the address book.

regards,
Luke
