Hello my name is Harley and I have a problem with my
outlook 2002. Whenever I go to view, chose contacts, and
pick a detailed address card to be added to a category it
will not save. The contact I chose will not save to any of
the categories listed in outlook. What should I do? I have
already saved my contacts to a pst file. I even went as
far as to uninstall my outlook and then reinstalled it
again. After reinstalling it nothing changed, I still
could not save my contacts to a category??? If anybody has
an answer for my problem please e-mail me at
allstarduggan@yahoo.com. Thank you and have a wonderful
day.

What are the exact steps you're following to try to assign a category to the item?
