Mailing Labels from Outlook

I am using Outlook 2002 and Word 2002.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to select a number
of names and addresses from my Outlook contacts list and
print these out on an A4 sheet of Avery labels for a mail
shot?

If so, please how do I do this?

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
