I set up all of my contacts (in verios folders) in MS
Outlook (Outlook2000 SP-3  version 9.0.0.6627) on my
desktop.

I would like to copy & move them to my Laptop which has
Outlook 2003 version 11.5608.5606 on it.

I have them connected via network cable but am noit sure
exactly what file(s) i need to copy...

All Outlook data resides in a Personal Folders file with a PST extension.
Why not just open the desktop PST file in your laptop's Outlook installation
and use the Copy to Folder command to copy them into your laptop's PST file?
That's the safest way to do it.
