Hiding Email Addresses

When sending emails to multiple contacts is there a way
to hide the email addresses from everyone else you are
sending the email to?

Yes, and it's called the Bcc field (Bcc = Blind carbon copy or Blind
courtesy copy). My suggestion is that you put your own e-mail address in
the To field and everybody else's in the Bcc field. That way the
recipients will only see your address; they won't be able to see who
else got the e-mail.
