Export list of Addresses in Word to Outlook

Does anyone know how you import mailmerge details into Contacts in Outlook

Depends on how they are formatted in Word, if you can get them into a comma
separated format or export them into Excel clean them up and then save as a
CSV this can be used to import into Outlook Contacts.
