Help removing contacts.

In outlook, when you compose a email to someone the next
time you start to enter that persons name, outlook will
populate the full name after a few characters.  How can i
go in and remove some names that are no longer needed,
but share a similar last name of some contact that i
still use.  Example.  I want to send a email with the
last name adams, after entering ada, outlook
automatically populates all names with ada in them.  
Please help.....

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
