How do I set Outlook up so that when I type in a name, and
there are multiple email addresses for that name, I can
see the actual email addresses so I know which one to
choose? All I see now when I right click on the name (I'm
using name check) is the name and the word email.

You can't change that display fields. Can you not enlarge the Address Book
so that you see the actual email address?
