We have Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000 SP3 running on Win2K.

I have two users who are experiencing the following issue;

In an email, when they click the TO box to bring up the
address book, and then they select thier Outlook Address
Book contacts from the "Show Names from the:" dropdown, if
they then use the cursor key to scroll down through the
list, outlook crashes. If Word is used as the email
editor, the message states that "The server threw an
exception". Otherwise, Windows gives a message saying
that "Outlook has caused an error and will be shut down by
windows".

This happens with both an Exchange server side address
book and if I export it to a PST file and try to browse
through it in the same way.

If anyone has any ideas, I would be really grateful!

Regards,
