I have been using BCM for several months now and all of a sudden when I click on a business contact I get a error message that reads "The custom form could not be opened.  Outlook will use an outlook form instead.  The form required to use this message cannot be displayed.  Please contact your administrator."

I looked at properties in my business contacts and it shows 0 for size.  Could I have accidently moved or changed that file?  If so does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could retrieve it?

I really need some help here!

Clear your forms cache. Either find and delete the file frmcache.dat with
Outlook closed or select Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options, Custom
Forms, Manage Forms, Clear Forms Cache.

Try clearing the forms cache -- Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms | Clear Cache. If that doesn't work, you may want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request.

If it does work, please post back to let us know.

Also, are you using any PDA synchronization tool to sync your BCM data with a handheld?
