How do I copy my contact list to a floppy disk to give to
a co-worker? Or, how do I attach only the contact file to
give to the co-worker via e-mail, not through microsoft
express, but through Juno? Thank you

Use File/export to export your contacts to a text file and email it to
your co-worker. Look in Outlook help and search on "export" to see
how to do this plus all the file types available. Note however that the
co-worker needs to be using a contacts manager or email app that has
the capability to import your file.  If the other person will be using
Outlook, use .pst file format.
