I am trying to get MS Outlook 2000 to import records from Lotus Organizer 97. Only 2 records are transferred. They are fine, but I need the other 1,000 records, too! Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
You haven't even told us what you're doing, let alone what you're doing
wrong. Tell us. Step by Step.

Sorry for the incomplete question.
I am using the Import function in Outlook 2000 to import my address file, which is in Lotus Organizer 97.
From "Contacts" in Outlook, I use the Import and Export function, clicking on "Import from another program or file."
I then select "Lotus Organizer 97" and insert the name of the file to be imported.
I select the option of "allow duplicates to be created."
The only category checked is "import address into folder:contacts" (I am not importing dates or calendar, etc)
I map custom fields
Outlook then appears to transfer the file, but only 2 records out of more than 1,000 in Lotus appear in Contacts.
Thanks for any advice you may be able to give me.

Odd. I see no such option for importing from Lotus Organizer 97--only 4.x
and 5.x
Think that might be the problem?

Hello
I too have a Lotus Address book and wanted to transfer it to Outlook. I
exported the Lotus address data to a DBF file. Opened the DBF file and
removed several blank columns. then I imported it into Outlook. Seems to
work OK.
