backup of outlook

hello,

I want to back up my info  I have in outlook ( contacts
ect.). It won't let me.

I was told I could get to the files through windows
explorer, but can't locate them after several tries. I
have a cd-rw ready to go  whenever I can find them , or
find out how to make copies of them  otherwise.

If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, the files are hidden -- you'll need
to search in hidden and system folders to find them.
