Printing labels from Contacts

WinXP, Outlook XP

I'm trying to print about 100 labels, and am wondering if
anyone knows of a better explanation than the 'Help'
section. Is it necessary to export to a database format?

I have them all sorted into a single category, and am
hoping i can just select all from that category, then
select the fields to print, perhaps the print format, and
then just 'print'.

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
