Hi,
I am a bit new to outlook and I have to research the
Contact Manager feature in Outlook2k3. I heard its
suppose to be  better than previous Contact Managers. Can
someone tell me what this feature is all about please?
Thanks

Perhaps you are referring to the separate Business Contact Manager add-in for Outlook 2003? From the BCM FAQ at http://www.slipstick.com/bcm/bcmfaq.aspx:

What is Microsoft Business Contact Manager?

Business Contact Manager is a single-user COM add-in that integrates into Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to provide additional features for tracking contact activity and sales opportunities.
