I am trying to back up my outlook files to a floppy. Ihave
been able to save the contacts by using the import/export
guide in help but, even though I checked the 'include
subfolders box, the journal entries and appointments were
not saved.
How can I backup the complete information
The best way is simply to save the entire PST file, not export. You'll need
to find a larger storage medium than a floppy.

Then you did something wrong.
Copying a PST file saves all the Outlook Data it contains, not just portions
thereof.
