I have a fax modem attached to my computer running
WinFax.  When I have all the fax software unloaded and try
to use outlook to initiate a dial to a contact after a
lengthy delay I get the message "Another program is using
the selected telephony hardware.  Try again after the
other program is finished"  But I can't see that anything
is using the modem.  When I try dialling from another
dialler software it works fine.  Any recommendation on the
action I should take?
