How do I set up an E-mail group, so that I can send a
message to a group of people without typing their
individual names?

i.e. Can I set up a group, called, say "Edinburgh Uni",
that will send the same E-mail to everyone that was at
Edinburgh university with me?

Once the group has been set up, how do I activate it??
