Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 -  It happens to this user intermittently and cannot replicate it every time. Just frequently when she clicks "to:" from within a new email outlook crashes giving her the "Outlook.exe has generated and error and will be closed" - Says it is logging the event but doesn't log it.

Anyone?

Thanks!

Lots of similar reports, but no consistent repros or solutions. Removing and
re-adding the Outlook Address Book Service works for some.
