Group emails: Only show the recipient's name in "To" box

How do I only show the recipient's name in the "to" box
when sending a group email.  Thanks for your help.

You would have to use a mail merge to electronic mail. Outlook uses Word for
performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing labels,
envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these functions take
