How do I add new addresses to my address book??

My address book is set up to contain all the members
within my work.  However, I have E-mails from people who
are not in my address book, who have E-mailed me from
outside my work.  How do I get them to appear in the
address list?

You do not add Contacts to the Address Book. The Address Book is merely a
view of your Contacts Folder. Add them to your Contacts Folder. If they have
an email address, they will show up in your Address Book view.
