Importing MS Access Query fields into MS Outlook

Hi

Does anyone know of a way of importing a list of email
fields from Access into Outlook's contacts so I can mass
mail a group of people without having to add each person
to the Contacts section manually?

You can skip the import step and use the Access database as the data source for a mail merge in Word.
