I'm sure this is quite easy but cannot get my head around
it! Using Outlook 2002 on XP at home. When writting an
email & picking the person in the Display list (e.g: TO),
I cannot see which email address I'm using if the same
person has more than 1 email address. In CONTACT, you can
add. more than 1 email address email, email 2, email 3)and
pick those when adderssing an email. But on my home
computer, I just get 3 x the name and nothing next ot it
so I haev no idea which email address I'm using.
Alos, when adding a fax number, I get a fourth name
without "fax" next to it so end up having 4 names in the
display and it's hard to remember all unless you go into
properties.
I would love some help!!
Thank you kindly - Stefan 22DEC03

There are no solutions other than to use the horizontal scroll bar to see
which address is which.
