I am working as a Secretary to Director. Usually, I collect the visting cards of the visitors and enter them in the Contact folder of my system.

Every week I transfer the same into the Director's system. I encounter various problems while doing so. Please provide the correct procedure which is preferable method for exporting

Common seperated Dos/Windows etc.

If you want to move them from one installation of Outlook to another,
creating a Personal Folders file (PST) is the best format for the transfer.
It is not even necessary to use the Export process. Just create a new PST
file containing the Contacts you want to transfer.
