In 2000 I design a form that when I open a certain contact I used this new
designed form.
When I updated to 2003 everything worked great.
When I imported from another persons contacts it comes in the orginal form.
Is there away to keep my format with out entering all new ones by hand?
Thanks

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customimport.htm.
