unable to see all contact

Hi,  

My boss has 550 contacts andj he has set his permissions
so that his entire group  tcan see his contacts  

the problem is that any of us (12 users) can only see 95
cotnacts  (the same 95) but it shows a total of 550 at the
bottom  of the page

help  !!  

bossmailbox is server based  
i add the mailbox also to my outlook and it does the
same !!

First make sure he does not have the contact marked
private.

Open the contact from his desktop.
Down on the right bottom side there is a box
label "Private" uncheck this box.
