Outlook upgrade

I recently upgraded to office 2003. When I did it carried over e mail and tasks but seems to have wiped out contacts and calander. Is there something I am missing or supposed to import?

Since all Outlook data is stored in one file, I can think of no scenario in
which this would occur with an in place upgrade. There must be more to this
story. Provide all the details of the upgrade and how you connected the new
installation to its information store.
