-The Outlook version is SP-(9.0.0.6627)
Steps to reproduce are: start Outlook, open Address book, choose Outlook Address Book / Contacts.
It is possible to select the visible entries one by one without errors, but when one tries to see more entries (by selecting the last visible one and then hitting the arrow down key or moving the vertical scrollbar downwards, the computer locks up.
This behavior is limited to one specific mailbox. It occurs on several machines and on these same machines other address books are displayed normally.
It occurs on different operation systems: on a Windows Server 2000 SP4 (Citrix Metaframe XP) the Outlook application is terminated; on a PC running on Win98SE the computer locks up.

List all the possible steps to repro, including any updates applied. I'll
try to forward the information. I've seen a lot of similar reports but
Microsoft can't reproduce this behavior.

(Outlook Address Book\Contacts). The GAL is working fine.

I meant the changes you made to your system before the problem arose.
I assume the address book worked at some point.

There were no system changes as far as I know.
There might be a connection between the problem and the implementation of a new Citrix server (running on a new Windows Server 2003)
But
1. that server is used by a dozen other users and they have no complaints
2. the problem occurs also when the Citrix server is bypassed (Outlook installed on the client PC).
When I log on with my own account I can access my OAB / Contacts without errors; when I log on using the other user's account I get the error situation. (by the way: it looks if there is a problem with the combobox holding the list of contacts in the OAB view; trying to show hidden entries by scrolling through the data seems to trigger the error condition)
