We are using Outlook 2002 and when I try to use the New
Message Reset from Slipstick.com it doesn't work can some
one please help me change contacts to my new form very
fraustrating.  Where is my ACT!! when I need it.

Can you be a little more specific on what tool you're using? "New Message Reset" doesn't ring any bells.
