The outlook address use to be in last name alpha order
and now it changed to first name alpha order.  How do I
sort back to last name alpha order?

I found the answer to this one in the Help menu.  Pull
down the Tools Menu.  Go down to Options.  Click on
Contact Options.  In the default "file as" choose Last,
first.
