Can anyone advise me on how to create a personal
distribution list? I've printed out instructions from the
website, but where I am stuck is
After the following steps:
1. Tools Menu, select Address Book
2. Show Names from the list - choose "Personal Address
Book" - this is where I am stuck. I don't have this
choice, only There is NO personal address book, only
Global Address Book and Outlook Address Book and Contacts.
My question - how do I add the Personal Address Book
choice?

For Outlook 2000:
Right click on the Outlook icon on your desktop and select
Properties. Click Add. Scroll down to Personal Address
Book. Select your desired options on where it's stored and
display prefs. That's how to add a PAB.
