I have the following problem:  I copied a vertical search results table (45 listings per page) and pasted into an Excel file.  I know I have to define a name for a certain range in order to export the file to Outlook's contact folder.  How can I do this?  I'm thinking that the easiest way is to somehow paste the vertical table into a horizontal table format in Excel.  Is there a way I can do this or can I convert the vertical information into horizontal format somehow

Thank you
