Problems with changing default country

I have been using Outlook 2000 Norwegian version for quite a long time
without any problems.  Some time ago when I should register a new contact I
got Canada as default country when I wanted to register a telephone number.
I have been looking "everywhere" and looked in location settings for the
operating system (win XP), but every setting is default norwegian. When I
open the phone registration form I can see that Norway is chosen as default
country one fraction of a second before it automatically change to Canada.
What can I do for getting back Norway as default setting?

Best regards

Per

My default dialing location is Norway. Is there anything in the registry
that can have been changed?

Not that I know of. Just to be sure, I'm talking about Phone and Modems....
not Regional Settings.

Regional settings, modems, phone, everything I can think of is set to Norway
and Norwegian and Canada is still the default country when I open Outlook.
