When attempting to enter a new business contact the form which appeared previously, no longer does. Instead a message indicatining a form to view this is unavailable, please contact your administrator. ?? It obviously didn't do this before and I need help returning it back to the normal form. Please Help!!! thanks, Don

I've got the samr problem. Are you  trying to sync it to

I also have the same problem - PLEASE HELP!!!!

I tried to edit the BCM main contact form (I tried to insert a new field - but failed), and now when I try to enter a new contact in BCM or open an existing Business contact, it gives me a message 'the custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use and Outlook form instead. the form used to display this message can not be viewed. Contact your administrator" then when I press OK, I get another error message saying 'Array Index Out Of Bounds'
When I press OK, it opens the contact, but in the form that the normal Outlook contacts uses (ie you can't view Opportunities, etc)

Please Advise how to rectify this, I think I mucked something up when I tried to modify the form! is there a way of reseting this form back to the default??

Could you also please advise of a tutorial of how to add new fields to my existing BCM contacts. ie on the standard forms I would also like to set up fields to record the clients file #, and also would like to change some of the fields in the 'sales stage' section?

Your response would be much appreciated, as I can't use my BCM until this is rectified

Thank yo

Jaso

I just saw the answer to my question, it was listed under "My business contact Manager is Busted!!!!!!" on 4/12/2003 below.
I followed the Cache reseting instructions and it worked!!  however I did not rename the file as I was not quite sure of this.
Thanks

I noted that you had responded to another question, that the forms should not be customised. is there no way of adding a few new fields???
I have tried to add fields in the 'Opportunity' form but when I try to save it a message comes up that I have to link it to something, however I can't work out how to do this.

Thanks

Jason
