In Outlook 2002, my address book would display contacts
in following order (Company (Last Name, First Name, etc).
In Outlook 2003, address book displays as First Name etc.

Please advise how to change.

The same way you did in outlook 2002.
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Russ, that's the answer that I have been looling for

routine once every two years.
