Contacts Outlook 2000

I cant send a new letter to a contact. The wizard says it cannot open word.I
have the feeling that outlook cannot find the pst file. the pst file is in
windows/local settings.

Provide enough details for someone to troubleshoot. Consider including:
1. Exact steps you are using
2. Outlook and Word Versions involved.
3. Precise error messages you are receiving.
